As a professional, I know that they have an excellent professional and human team working for the residents.

Outrageous prices, they charge whatever they want without displaying prices. One small sandwich and a Coke, €8? You complain and they knew they'd overcharged you... And they don't even try to correct it. Two large sandwiches, Cokes, and a coffee, €16 on top of that! You mention how high the prices are, they get offended and respond rudely. Zero recommendation!
