Novallar de Cunit recibe principalmente valoraciones muy positivas que destacan la dedicación del personal, la calidad de la atención personalizada y la mejora en la calidad de vida de los residentes, con especial reconocimiento al director y su equipo. Sin embargo, existe una reseña muy negativa que denuncia falta de supervisión, desorganización en actividades y falta de conocimiento del personal sobre el día a día de los residentes, lo que genera una experiencia inconsistente que requeriría mayor control de calidad en la gestión diaria.

Mi padre está ingresado y el trato para con el es inmejorable. Habitación y alimentacion inmejorable adoptado a sus necesidades y gustos. Plantilla y empleados completamente volcados con las vicisitudes particulares de cada ingresado. El director cercano y conoce el nombre y caso de cada uno de sus "clientes".

Our experience with this center has been very disappointing. Although they gave us confidence at first, the reality has been very different. My grandmother spent two days there. When we went to pick her up on the second day, we found her sitting in an armchair with her bag on her lap, all dirty and with a can of soda on the floor. She did not do any activity all day, since the one that was scheduled there was suspended due to a management meeting. On the other hand, none of the workers could tell us what she had done all day. One worker told us that she had had breakfast, but it was not true, since she had eaten it at home and, in addition, this person confessed to us that she did not know because she had to come to work on the afternoon shift. They told us that they have 90 workers for 140 residents, if true, this makes the situation my grandmother has experienced even more incomprehensible. We took her there so she could feel better, do activities, interact with people and be well cared for. Obviously, we discharged her.

Our family wants to express our heartfelt gratitude to the staff of the high-dependency unit for everything they have given our father for almost four years. We thank these brave and powerful women, who, with their dedication, sacrifice, love, and so much more, have been a constant companion during this long and difficult time. They are impeccable professionals with huge hearts. 🥰 We also want to thank Carmen, the center's social worker, for her humanity, understanding, and invaluable help; Sergi, the center's director, for his unwavering commitment and support; and all the staff in general. The whole family is very happy with the treatment received, both by the residents and the residents' relatives. My father-in-law has improved 100% in quality of life and health. Naming the entire team that makes the day-to-day life possible at the residence would be long and with the risk of leaving someone out. Congratulations to all and thank you for this great love you have for your work and good professionalism. Keep being who you always are.
