The residents are treated well. They are well cared for, and there is good communication with their families. I am generally satisfied with the nursing assistants and nurses, especially the most senior nurse. The receptionist is very well-organized and does an excellent job. However, I cannot give it five stars for the following reasons: a lot of laundry is lost—clothes that have been labeled, for which you were charged, but they are lost, and no one takes responsibility. The director only appears when there is a celebration, but when her help has been requested, she has done nothing. And the social worker lacks knowledge and experience, although she is well-intentioned.

Good nursing home. They have an open door philosophy, unlike other places that have restricted visiting hours.
