It is regrettable that the COVID outbreak is due to the negligence and disastrous implementation of protocols by the center's director, who should have resigned immediately and could face criminal or administrative charges. She allowed four residents to enter the center without the isolation protocols required by health authorities and the Generalitat (Catalan government). Currently there are 10 cases; we'll see how many there will be. The public prosecutor's office must act ex officio. We'll see if this negligent action leads to any deaths, but as always, it will be covered up.
