I think it's a very pleasant place to be cared for. Surrounded by gardens where our elderly residents can stroll, with competent and friendly staff. My aunt is very happy living there. I recommend it.

It's been a fantastic experience, thank you.
- Tamara Medel Rey
If you care about your family, don't take them to this care home. The social worker makes it sound wonderful at first, but then the service they provide to the residents is appalling. There's not enough staff, and the few there are can't cope with so many residents. The medical service is a joke, and if you speak up and voice your complaints, it gets even worse.
- Concepción Hernández Cepeda
I suppose there's a bit of everything, but in my experience with my parents, the staff who were supposed to be looking after them didn't care about anything if you weren't there. And I don't know if the director has changed or if it's still the same, but the one who was there when my parents were there was rude, domineering, and inhumane. The nurses and reception staff were nice, hence the star rating. It's clear to me that the same director is still there and that he's the one responsible.
- Pilar Clerie Fuertes
The medical service was very poor, and the social worker and the director were even worse. The food and facilities were very good, but there's a lot of staff turnover, and they're all inexperienced and impatient, which means they don't resolve simple problems like roommate swaps, which makes it difficult for residents to get a good night's sleep.
