I would like to congratulate Human Resources and Management on Isabel, the entertainer from Vitalia, Kansas City, joining the Vitalia team. It's a wonderful addition! Her approach is so warm and caring, and she's always eager to involve all the residents and their families in the many activities she organizes. I'm fortunate to spend many hours at Vitalia, so I wanted to share everything I see day after day. The residents love the music, dancing, singing, participating, and feeling embraced by Isabel's warmth and joy. She even involved the residents who were there to decorate the large tree that we can all enjoy, whether in the entrance or in each lounge, so that the spirit of Christmas can be felt in every corner of Vitalia. Thank you for bringing the choirs, and also the group of children whose charm and naturalness make the elderly residents enjoy their presence, singing and clapping along… Isabel brings a very special life to all the residents and to those of us who aren't… Thank you for all your effort, dedication, and for encouraging those who, due to their circumstances, find it a little difficult to decide to attend your activities… which in the end is ALWAYS a great decision. Located in a lively area (near residential areas and a park), accessible, and with nearby parking, the Vitalia residence is a great place to have our loved ones close to us. With advance notice, we can visit our loved ones almost every day. Phone calls are answered quickly and forwarded to the recipient, making communication easy and fluid. It has spacious common areas, both indoors and outdoors. A dining room, a fitness area, bedrooms—everything is well-designed and well-maintained. In addition, the gym is very well-equipped for our seniors to exercise (and even help some regain some mobility). Our relative tells us that the meals are varied and good, and that the kitchen is located right on the premises. We consider this a plus compared to catering or other options. The staff is attentive and friendly; so far, we are happy with the place.

Veo ke las auxiliares hacen lo ke pueden.pero veo poco personal para tantos abuelos, mi madre está en un salón con más de 30 abuelos y una sola auxiliar para todo.todos aclarando a la auxiliar para ke les ayude,y es imposible poder atender a todos,son 2000 euros al mes,y deberían de tener una atención más personalizada, el olor ke hay en los salones es un poco desagradable, una sola enfermera para todo el centro, yo me pensé ke vitalia era lo mejor ke había en Sevilla pero me he ekivocado ,,No está a la altura de las necesidades de un abuelo residente

Everything is great. My father is a patient here, and the treatment he and his family receive when we visit or need anything else is fantastic. The intensive therapy unit for the rehabilitation my father needs is helping him tremendously in preserving his independence. And I must especially mention the social worker, Nuria, who couldn't be doing a better job for the center; she's a delight.

The staff are very young, and it's clear they don't care about the elderly. They only criticize and whisper. I literally experienced this firsthand when visiting my grandmother. I asked, and they told me one of them was named Cristina. There was also a man in his 30s, but I don't remember his name. This is a terrible thing for the staff at this nursing home. I'm going to file a complaint.
