My father lives in this care home. For us, it's like a second home. The staff treats him with kindness and care. I'm so grateful to have him close by and to have the peace of mind knowing he's surrounded by a fantastic professional team who are always open to improvement and attentive to our requests and suggestions.

This senior living residence is located in the heart of Seville, in a bustling and vibrant area. Although its facade might suggest a small and simple place, nothing could be further from the truth: inside it's enormous. The residents are very well cared for and attended to. From meals to exercise, everything is meticulously planned and managed. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, which provides a great deal of peace of mind. Visits are permitted, and by respecting COVID protocols, family members can check on their loved ones and ensure they are happy there. The only downside is the price.

My 75-year-old relative was in this care home for three months and ended up in the emergency room. I suppose the lack of staff led to them giving him excessive amounts of sedatives and relaxants, to the point of severe intoxication. This, combined with other pre-existing conditions, nearly cost him his life. When we went to complain, they told us that the resident's profile wasn't suitable for this type of care home. At night, there was only one person on duty to look after everyone.

Unfortunately, my father was a resident at this center for less than three months. The staff shortages and the inexperience of many of the employees mean that the care provided to dependent individuals is inadequate, at least in our case. During that time, my father lost weight, fell twice, and his appearance deteriorated significantly. We constantly had to ensure he received proper care. We only hope that this feedback will help the center improve its professionalism and treatment of dependent patients. Our family decided to move him to another facility where he is now receiving much better care.

I'm looking for information about care homes for a family member. The information provided by Eloisa, the social worker, has been excellent, both via WhatsApp and in person. She was very friendly and helpful. Seeing her kindness is truly reassuring.
