La Residencia de 3ª edad Sor Ángela de la Cruz recibe principalmente valoraciones muy positivas destacando su limpieza, ambiente espiritual con misas y rosarios, amabilidad del personal religioso y la impresionante capilla dedicada a Santa Ángela. Sin embargo, existe una crítica severa que cuestiona la falta de empatía y utilidad en la atención a personas en situación de vulnerabilidad, alegando que el personal no cumple adecuadamente con la caridad que caracterizaba el legado de la fundadora.

They're incredibly unfriendly, they're completely unhelpful, they humiliate you in front of everyone, they tell you to beg for handouts and think that solves everything. They just want to get rid of the poor and don't know how to do it without causing problems. And then they say they can't help anyone because they've only been helping two or three families living on the streets for the last two years, and it's impossible to lend a hand. That's certainly not the kind of charism Sister Angela left in Seville, because she is the Mother of all the Poor, and I hope each one of them changes their ways!

By schedule I saw the exterior and the sculpture of a great woman who gave everything for her fellow citizens.

Very well-maintained and clean, the sisters were very kind. The Mass was very short. The Holy Rosary led by a sister was beautiful. The Chapel of Saint Angela is very welcoming and impressive. I will return, God willing.
