La Residencia La Milagrosa destaca por el excelente trato y dedicación de su personal, que la mayoría de usuarios elogia como cálido, atento y familiar, generando gran satisfacción en los residentes y sus familias. Sin embargo, existe una crítica importante sobre las deficiencias en infraestructura (control de temperatura inadecuado) y calidad de alimentación que contrasta con la publicidad ofrecida, lo que sugiere inconsistencias en el servicio que merecen atención.

The caregivers were wonderful with the elderly residents, very affectionate and attentive to them at all times. My grandmother spent a few years there, and we were delighted with the care and attention she received. We are very grateful because she was very happy there.

My grandmother lived in this care home, and I couldn't be more grateful to all the staff for the way they cared for her. It was the closest thing to being at home. We visited many other care homes, and this one was undoubtedly the most welcoming and family-like. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

My mother had to be rushed out of that care home. They lie in their advertising; they have air conditioning but they don't turn it on, or they barely use it. We had to buy her a fan and a heater for the winter. The food was terrible. If you have a family member who can make sense of things, don't take them there; they'll suffer.

A small but very welcoming family residence. The treatment of family members is spectacular, and the caregivers are wonderful people who treat everyone with such affection. They do a great job; I personally am delighted to have brought a family member here.
