La Residencia del Santísimo Cristo de los Dolores presenta opiniones muy polarizadas: mientras la mayoría de usuarios elogia ampliamente el equipo profesional, dedicado y cariñoso del personal, destacando la limpieza, atención personalizada y el bienestar de los residentes, existe una crítica severa sobre la gestión administrativa y falta de coordinación en las citas, que generó una experiencia muy negativa en el proceso de ingreso. En general, la residencia goza de excelente reputación por la calidad asistencial, aunque parece tener áreas de mejora en la organización y comunicación

I made an appointment by phone to see the residence so I could take my father. The appointment was for Thursday, July 3rd at 11:30 a.m. I repeatedly told the woman who answered that it was for my father and that we needed a place immediately. On the day of the appointment, that same woman called me to say that at 11:30, my scheduled appointment time, she had a matter at the courthouse and that we should arrive at 11:00. With great difficulty, I managed to arrive on time. I was attended to by a nun who knew nothing. I managed to speak with Ms. Rocío, and she told me there were no places available for men. So why did you schedule the appointment, when I had explained everything and that I had other things to do? I'm giving you zero stars because I can't. Ms. Rocío was deplorable. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

The nursing home has a great team, dedicated and caring staff. It's very difficult to manage and make a center dedicated to our seniors run so well. They put all their care into it so the residents feel at home, despite all the limitations that a nursing home entails. In short, a 100% recommended senior center. Keep up the great work.
