Severe staff shortage. My mother fell on my wedding day because she wasn't ready half an hour after we were due to pick her up. She got out of her chair because they wouldn't bring her to reception and didn't brush her teeth. That fall caused a broken hip, which resulted in death during surgery. When I brought my parents to the nursing home, it was so they would be properly cared for, not so they wouldn't be neglected, even on their son's wedding day. The prices are exorbitant for the services and minimal staff they have. On top of that, the director's response to apologize for his inefficiency was that my mother was taking her time. These are human lives, and if my mother hadn't fallen due to your disastrous management, she would still be alive. Don't be fooled; those are very nice words, but your parents will be better cared for elsewhere.

A wonderful place to care for our seniors. The residence is very clean and decorated. The food is homemade and, according to my mother, quite good, but the best part is the quality of the staff. They are all wonderful, caring, kind, and competent. I had my reservations, but I'm completely at ease because my mother is being wonderfully cared for.

What I can highlight about the care home is the human quality of its staff. However, there is a significant staff shortage, something that seems common to all of them. My parents were treated well while they were there, but they passed away in barely two and a half months. It took a long time to get them up and put them to bed because of this lack of staff. Some of their personal belongings also disappeared due to the same lack of oversight. That's why I'm not giving the care home a good rating, although I certainly think it's difficult to give any of them a good rating. None of them are perfect. It's a business, and what matters most is money. I took my parents there because they needed constant medical supervision prescribed by their doctors, and my mother did improve somewhat, but as I said, I can't recommend it because my experience wasn't good. I hope that those of you who are forced to take your loved ones here have better luck than I did.

I could never criticize this care home and compare it to others because they allow family members to see exactly what's there, without visiting hours, without being told you can't enter. It's a completely transparent care home for families. My parents have been there for a week, and I'm going to try to make sure they can enjoy their home a little longer. I'll try to find someone who simply treats them well when they speak to them. I'm not going to rate the care home itself, but I want to mention two excellent people: Benjamín, who's usually at the reception desk, and Irene, the psychologist. And there's another excellent person, Daniel, the director, who's perfect for his role—approachable and very personable. And thank you to all the staff who cared for my parents with such affection. I'm not using stars because I can't post a comment otherwise.
