El Centro Residencial Habitare Castilleja recibe críticas devastadoras de la mayoría de usuarios, quienes denuncian deficiencias graves en la atención sanitaria, falta de higiene, negligencia en la alimentación personalizada, comunicación inadequada con familias y, sobre todo, ausencia de empatía y trato digno hacia los residentes. Terrible nursing home. The staff have four hours to shower 16 patients and make 16 beds. Imagine the condition of the patients. Terrible nursing home.

This nursing home treats the elderly very poorly. They don't provide the meal plans prescribed by doctors, giving everyone the same, very bad food. They shower the elderly and leave them naked in wheelchairs in the hallway. They swap their clothes with other elderly people, and they don't provide any care. They don't give them the medical attention they deserve. It's disgusting. The staff's responses to family members and residents are vulgar.

Never even consider leaving your loved one in this nursing home. At the beginning of the lockdown, they didn't provide us with accurate information about our mother; they always gave us vague information and didn't tell us her true health status at all. Only when we insisted did they say she was "strange," and when we managed to see her, poor old me was already dying. She died with a child by her side, alone and without care. The nursing home never acted with the sensitivity and care that should be shown in these cases. And, even when she was alive, the lack of affection was palpable on the part of most of the staff. The management team is anything but humane. I would never, EVER, recommend anyone leave someone they loved in that nursing home. Their worst enemy, of course, will surely get what they deserve there.

An excellent place for our seniors, with excellent care and all the distractions and activities to feel good. The care my mother received there is wonderful. It's a nursing home with great professionals who are very kind and caring. Thank you for being there.

My mother passed away in these facilities on 03/22/20 in the middle of the pandemic, already due to the circumstances how sad everything was, to this day 05/20/21 we have not received from the management, social worker etc etc etc, a single call of condolence to any of her three children, they have no shame, grandparents for them are just numbers, a lot of facade, a lot of pretending, and the important thing is that there is no EMPATHY AND AFFECTION, say in favor of some assistants that within the pressure of managing so many grandparents some do it with great affection, please take your elders to another place, the management of this center should be ashamed, that is what they should have it for, by the way, to remove my mother's clothes and belongings if they called super quickly from reception, of course that room had to be filled again, BUSINESS
