I am a relative of a resident with Alzheimer's in Robledo, and I speak on behalf of the entire family. Sadly, she passed away at 89 years old. Thanks to the care at this center, we have been able to enjoy complete peace of mind knowing we are leaving her in good hands. They have treated her so brilliantly that I can't express enough gratitude. They are people with unsurpassed patience and professionalism. It's like taking care of their own parents. Although it is a modern place with many facilities, once you enter it does not give the impression that people are treated in the best way (maybe not intentionally, who knows) and they exploit the middle school students as if they were just any other workers there.

A wonderful place. The staff is very kind to family members, and especially to the residents. They adapt to the changing needs of the elderly. They have a computer system where they leave notices, reviews, what the resident has eaten, what the doctor said... so that all the staff have access to everything and communication with the families is seamless. There are many residents, so it's not easy to get our attention the exact second we want it.
