Opiniones

Well, what can I say? My father is in the care home, and from what I see and what he tells me... I can only thank you all for everything. Honestly, everyone is incredibly kind, attentive, friendly, etc., etc... I'm so happy my father is there :). Thank you for everything ❤️

I have nothing but words of gratitude for the entire staff at the nursing home. My parents have been there for two years, and all I can say is positive. They are very well cared for, the staff is attentive and caring, and the facilities are very clean and in good condition, adapted for residents. I recommend it to anyone who needs a nursing home for a family member.

I want to thank all the staff—director, social worker, caregivers, etc.—for the exceptional care my mother received during the 14 months she was at the residence. Due to distance, we have moved her to another residence in Seville, but I wholeheartedly congratulate all the staff for their dedication, kindness, and excellent treatment. I have nothing but praise for you all, and thank you so much.

Good morning, I'd like to share my experience with all of you. If you're thinking about leaving your parents/grandparents in this nursing home, I don't recommend it! Much to our regret, we had to leave our mother in this facility. The constant neglect and disdain for my mother became evident as the days went by. My mother was only there for a month and a half, and in such a short time, she suffered heel wounds, a urinary tract infection, and hives... At night, they ignored her, whether she was in pain or not. Unfortunately, my mother passed away before we could transfer her to another nursing home. I received the sole and exclusive attention of Cristina (a social worker), the only person who helped me process the change. I can't do it! But I will be eternally grateful!

Because I can't give it a zero, but zero is what defines this residence. The care for the residents is appalling; they wash them with wipes, and if they soil themselves, they use the same diaper. That's shameful because then if a resident develops any illness, they wash their hands of it. The staff is wonderful, but there are too few of them—two or three people for 40 elderly residents. They just pass around the residents' medication; one whole night without it, but oh well, "what does it matter if nothing happens?" In short, shame is the only thing left for me to say.
