I want to express my gratitude for how you have all treated me during this time, almost half a year, during which my mother has felt right at home. Without a doubt, the difference has been the human touch. Thank you so much for everything; I will never forget what you did for her. Soraya, Francisca, Johana, Sonia, Tamara, Crescen, Sheila, Lidia, Enrique, Ana, Jose Mari, Diego… and please forgive me for leaving out names, but I'm terrible at remembering them. A million thanks for how you have cared for my mother all these months. Without a doubt, the difference in being in this residence is the human touch. Seeing how you showed my mother affection, how you cared about who helped her get up, who helped her go to bed, making sure she had her perfume on, her hat on, her glasses and phone within reach—every detail… made her feel so comfortable and at ease. It's no wonder she wanted to return to the residence in the early hours of January 1st because she wanted to be in her “home.” You are amazing, and I will never forget everything you did for my mother and me. I spent 15 days in this residence due to surgery. It was a personally enriching experience thanks to the care, attention, kindness, and dedication I received from the very first minute until the very end. Thank you, team! Our mother stayed at this center for several months to recover from a serious femur fracture. The experience was overwhelmingly positive. We are grateful to all the staff at the residence for their care, professionalism, and dedication. Without them, her recovery would have been much more difficult and significantly slower.
