Residencial Beleña destaca por ofrecer una experiencia muy positiva caracterizada por un personal extraordinariamente atento y amable, instalaciones limpias y bien mantenidas con hermosas vistas y espacios para pasear, así como un ambiente de compañerismo entre residentes. La única sugerencia de mejora mencionada es que la calidad y el sabor de la comida podrían optimizarse, aunque las porciones son adecuadas; en general, los usuarios expresan alta satisfacción con la residencia y recomendarían volverla a elegir.

Hello. I'd like to share my experience with this place. My father left the residence with sadness, as he was treated very well and was very happy there. The staff is very friendly and the service is excellent; we can only express our gratitude to everyone, from the first to the last. The residence is lovely and has gardens for walks. Thank you all. A residence with all the necessary amenities. My uncle has stayed there twice after surgery and has been delighted. The views are fantastic, and the staff is very friendly. Perhaps the food could be improved in quality and flavor, but the portions are perfect. If we needed to return in the future, we would definitely do so.

Our sincerest thanks to all the staff at Residencial Beleña for the care they gave our mother until the day she passed away, as well as for all the support they provided so we could be with her at all times and in the most comfortable way possible. A special thank you to Marta and Natalia, who provided her daily care, and to the nurses Emma and Julio. We also appreciate the excellent service of all the reception staff, the housekeeper, and the social worker. Thank you.
