If you love your family members, please don't take them to this nursing home. They have so little humanity, no geriatrics, and the residents spend the day alone without any activities to improve or maintain their cognitive function. The nurse is a very poor professional. The doctor leaves so much to be desired... she has a huge lack of knowledge. The only person who deserves recognition in this nursing home is Ruth; the others have neither the vocation nor the information to treat the sick. Social services should close these types of nursing homes. If I could recount my horrific personal experience in this nursing home, I wouldn't have enough lines to tell. And on top of that, the price is high.

My mother has been admitted to this nursing home for two years. I can't say enough good things. I'm very grateful to the entire team for their help, attention, and care for my mother, their patience and dedication, and their love for my father. My experience at this residence has been excellent; I can't say anything else. The residents are treated with kindness, and there's great empathy shown to their families. For nine years, my mother has received wonderful care from all the staff, from reception and caregivers to nurses, cleaning staff, social worker, kitchen staff, and management. Thank you so much; I will definitely recommend it!

Despite having arranged a transfer from another residence (Cibeles), they refused to admit me. Degrading treatment. Lack of humanity.

I want to thank all the staff, especially Eva, Sonia, and Susana, for their kindness to my mother.
