I am related to a resident, Rosario, who was at the center from March until November 7th. A few days before my mother passed away, while she was fully conscious and aware of her surroundings, she sent me a message for all the staff at the residence—I repeat, for everyone, without exception. Her words expressed gratitude for the care, understanding, and affection she received at all times from every professional at the residence. I can add little to these words; thank you all so much, and please continue caring for my father as you have done until now. Thank you all so much!

Many thanks to all the staff at the center. The treatment has been excellent, and I've made a wonderful recovery thanks to everyone's efforts, especially the doctor, nurses, and physiotherapist. This care home is a disgrace. We took my 70-year-old brother, who has encephalopathy, there, and he was very disoriented and didn't have time to get his bearings in the entire place in just one day. They sent us two messages saying he tried to escape, without knowing what he was doing, and that they couldn't care for him and that we had to take him out. Is this supposed to be a nursing home? Or do you just want money and residents who don't move? If you need a care home, this isn't it.
