100% recommended. My mother was admitted after hip surgery and was in very poor condition. After arriving at this residence, she recovered significantly. The physiotherapist (María) actively and passively improved her recovery. The conversations with Miguel Ángel and Gema, and Yolanda's pampering, helped her gain confidence and make herself understood. The help from Auxi and Elsa (Social Worker and Director) was of great help to the family. Rabat and Carolina were always attentive to her health and guided us to the family. I can only praise this team for their constant concern for my mother and those around us. Last night, Gema greeted us with great tact, sincerity, and kindness, making difficult moments seem natural. THEY ARE A TEAM OF TEN. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

The entire staff—management, social worker, and assistants—were incredibly kind, with the physiotherapist and nurses being particularly attentive to my parents. The garden is a highlight, though; it would be perfect if the cracks in the cement were repaired. Air conditioning in the bedrooms and common areas is sorely missed, as the activity rooms lack it. Ultimately, my parents didn't settle in and I had to move them, but my in-laws remain. Based on the staff's excellent service and the value for money, I highly recommend it.

Disappointing treatment of elderly residents. Numerous falls. General filth. They don't receive proper care. There is no adequate supervision. If everything were so wonderful, they wouldn't have received a fine of over 130,000 euros (you can check it in the Gazette article).

A wonderful team, fantastic food, the social worker is very kind and makes everything very easy, overall everything was great, thank you for taking care of our elderly

The overall treatment of my family member has been acceptable, and very good for some (for example, very good with the nurses). The saddest thing was at the end when, after my family member's death, and despite having notified the manager that we would come to collect his belongings within 48 hours of his death, it turned out that when we arrived, everything was already packed in boxes (keep in mind that the entire room for May had been paid for, a fee that cannot be recovered according to the contract). We lost some drawings that, while probably worthless, had sentimental value. A shame. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else again.
