Opiniones

From the moment we arrived, Virginia, a lovely young woman, greeted us. We saw how warmly she greeted the residents and how caring she was. They were always wonderful to us, and my grandmother was treated exceptionally well. All the staff are fantastic, and the residence is very welcoming. A truly wonderful experience. Thank you again for everything.

A small and welcoming residence with a family atmosphere. My father has been there since February of this year and is very happy. So am I. Everything is spotless, the staff is caring, and they make special touches for the residents' birthdays, take care of the decor, and encourage their independence. In short, highly recommended. Thank you so much!

Since their website doesn't offer a space to leave a review, I'll write it here. My grandmother left there a couple of months ago. We start from the premise that it's a private nursing home, and you know they're going to charge exorbitant fees, but even though she wasn't fully assisted living, she was paying €1500 (yes, I know other nursing homes charge more, but also much less, so it's a simplistic rule we won't apply). Regarding the facilities, they were adequate and clean, but every time I've been there, there was no soap for washing hands in the communal bathrooms. The best thing is the patio they have in the back with some guinea pigs. The worst thing is that the rooms are cramped for having two beds, and the main lounge, where most of the residents are during the day, feels stuffy and full of accumulated viruses. As for the staff, they're friendly, no problems at all. Regarding how it operates, I think they rip people off, and even more so if the family isn't vigilant. For example, there was a problem with my grandmother regarding the total amount paid for the pharmacy for one month. After complaining and receiving a half-hearted apology from the nurse, the pharmacy ended up refunding our money, thus vindicating the family. There's not much more to add. In short, and in my humble opinion as a nurse and granddaughter, it's an excessively expensive residence for what it offers. If you can afford it and have money to spare, go for it, but if you can find a cheaper option, do so. Best regards!
