Horrible. They treat dependent people terribly. They changed my grandmother's medication, they forgot to get her out of bed, we found her in poor condition several times... And all this in just one week; I don't even want to imagine what it would have been like if she'd been there longer.

Apparently good residence until you use it. If the person is self-sufficient, fine, but everything changes when it is a dependent person. With few staff and half of them leave much to be desired. A dependent person is cared for as little as possible and as quickly as possible without attending to the needs of each one. When the person is annoying, that's when problems arise and the solution is always the same (chemical submission): administering medication to keep them alive but submissive regardless of how it may affect the patient, as in my case, which increased the effects of other illnesses they may have and on top of that, it causes them worse problems. DAMN THE DAY I TRUSTED THIS RESIDENCE AND ABOVE ALL ITS MANAGEMENT. If you take someone, change visiting hours and that way you will be able to see how they are treated because otherwise what you see does not correspond to the care they are given. I give one star because of some of the people who work there and who do their job (few).

It's an exceptional residence, and the service is excellent. It has plenty of space to spend time with family. It has a very large garden for strolling.

The facilities are quite good, and the improvements made benefit both the residents and the people who attend the day center. The staff is generally attentive, although I think they are understaffed and change very frequently. Due to the pandemic, fear has caused us to lose sight of the fact that it's not just a matter of the number of days our elderly have left to live, but also the quality of that life. I believe that the closeness of their families and friends strengthens their immune system, and this is something that is often overlooked in the name of their safety.

It's a complete disgrace! You pay €2,000 and the care isn't good, but it's because there's far too little staff for so many elderly residents. The caregivers are the only ones worthwhile and they actually care about the patients, but they're overwhelmed; there's a serious staff shortage. A few years ago, there was a decent director, but for years now, nothing! The former director was useless, and the supervisor... let's not even go there! The owner supposedly lives in Navarre, but he only comes around to collect his money! What a shame.
