Opiniones

From personal experience. Treatment of residents: wonderful. They attend to them, listen to them, entertain them, hug them, and kiss them. It couldn't be better. Cleanliness: everything is spotless. Facilities: the rooms and common areas are spacious and very bright. Food: it's home-cooked food, and as with any home, some days are better than others, but in general, they eat very well. 100% recommended.

I really like this residence! My grandmother has been much better since she moved in. They take very good care of her, everything is super clean, and she says she really likes the food, which is homemade. Sometimes they have activities like bingo, mass, and they also make bracelets...etc. In short, I definitely recommend it.

A wonderful care home. My grandmother is delighted with it. She says the staff treat her wonderfully, the food is excellent, and they even serve traditional recipes. The building is very spacious, with several lounges filled with natural light, and everything is always spotless. 10/10

TERRIBLE. It can be summed up in what one resident told me: "We were hungry and cold." The staff is poorly qualified, the food is low quality and scarce (often dinner consisted of two small chicken wings with one lettuce leaf and for dessert, one of the worst yogurts from Mercadona). The heating is only on all day in the assisted living area; the rest of the residents only have it on for a short time in the afternoon, and only in the newer section, which is underfloor heating and 21 degrees Celsius (70 degrees Fahrenheit), meaning freezing cold. In the summer, the heat is unbearable. There are too few staff members, and the management is the worst I've ever encountered: rude, ill-mannered, arrogant, and completely lacking in empathy. It's THEIR business, and they don't care about the people. There's a lack of activities. People with dementia, because they don't complain, are left unattended and ignored. (My relative went several days without food because they didn't bother to take him to the dining room. There was a blind person they ignored, and the poor man wandered into all the rooms without knowing which one was his. One night he even climbed out the window, and they didn't even notice. Another resident had to see him and alert them, and none of this was reported to the family.) The hygiene for the elderly was terrible. I recently ran into a former employee who quit because it was inhumane. Make sure you check everything before going. It was HORRIBLE. She knows me perfectly well and has my phone number. They know it's TRUE. This happened in 2023.

I simply love this place; it's been a great experience. My brother spoke very highly of it when he went, but it has definitely exceeded my expectations. I especially want to highlight the room's exceptional comfort.
