Opiniones

The experience at the care home is deplorable; the treatment of the elderly residents lacks respect and humanity. It is important to bring this to the attention of the appropriate authorities, such as inspectors, competent officials, etc., as this treatment cannot be tolerated. Furthermore, it is a private facility where a significant amount of money is paid each month. Regardless of whether it is a paid facility or not, the residents deserve dignified treatment. We will remain very attentive and vigilant regarding all actions that take place there, and at the slightest instance of retaliation against our elderly residents, they can be certain that we will act decisively. This notification has been formally submitted to the appropriate authorities.

My grandmother is happy and her health has improved since she's been there. She's also getting along well with both the staff and the other residents. She says the food is very good, the residence is very clean, and she's treated very well. The only downside is the telephone service; sometimes it's difficult to get through to your relative, either because the line drops or because no one answers.

My grandmother is happy; so far, everything seems to be going well. She says she really likes the food, that they serve it very well. The counselors are so kind to her.

So far so good, my grandmother isn't complaining, it's a shame that the coronavirus restrictions have affected visiting hours.

The elderly can't leave the care home. I don't know if this is a good thing. They won't get sick, but they'll die of loneliness.
