I have an aunt there... and it's truly a disgrace!!! It's cheap, but there's no TV in the living room for the poor grandparents!!!!! Just going there is heartbreaking.... I have both of my grandparents in Villaverde, and it's a hotel compared to this crappy nursing home.

My grandmother, Celes, is in this residence. She's delighted and speaks very highly of the staff who treat her so well. She says she eats a great and varied diet, exercises almost every day, and they help her with everything she needs. Honestly, every time I talk to her, she seems much better than the last time. Thank you to this team who take such good care of her.

The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming, they pamper the patients and understand their families. The cleanliness is amazing, they have their own kitchen and offer elaborate menus, and there's always a smile or a kind word. The residents always have plenty to do. Highly recommended.
