My experience at the residence has been exceptional. From the moment my in-laws moved in, we've received attentive care from the management. I don't know if the management has changed, but our experience has been very positive. Blanca has kept us informed about everything and made sure we were always up-to-date. The staff is very friendly and professional, especially Victor, who I think is fantastic :) The facilities have always been clean, and they have a good variety of activities and programs which, along with the doctor, have helped manage my mother-in-law's dementia. I'm truly grateful for the welcoming and friendly atmosphere they create. I think we made a great choice.

At this residence, the treatment is very warm, personal, and like family. Both the director, Blanca, and the staff are very kind, competent, and caring towards my mother, my family, and the other residents. The director is a role model and always makes time for us if we need anything or have questions, helping us to get things done quickly. Also, since we live abroad, she keeps us regularly updated on my mother's condition. My mother is also very happy with the food and the cleanliness. We are very grateful for the wonderful work they do.

My father left the hospital with no movement in his legs and was starting cancer treatment. We found this nursing home because several neighbors had been there years ago, and we had good references. Being a small nursing home, they provide a very friendly service, the food is homemade, and they treated my father from the first day as if he had been there forever.

Whenever I visit my relative, I see the staff working happily and the residents happy and well cared for. They tell me how good the food is and how well looked after they are. The director is very approachable; she processed all our applications for assistance very quickly. We are very happy with our choice.

The experience is nothing like what's described in previous reviews. The residence is super clean, it doesn't smell of urine like some others do (which can sometimes happen), the kitchen is spotless, with homemade food adapted to the residents' needs (for example, they add all the necessary nutrients to my grandmother's puree, a variety of options, and the meat is very tender so she can chew it or mixed into the puree to provide her with protein...). The staff knows you, the management is incredibly friendly, always available to talk to them or answer any questions you may have. Thank you for the care you provide and the companionship and affection you show to both residents and their families.
