My grandfather wasn't well cared for during his stay. The water was too thick, and he arrived at the hospital dehydrated. When he asked for care at night, he called and was ignored. I don't recommend it to anyone. The people seem nice, but everything they tell you is a lie. He's now in another nursing home and couldn't be happier.

Our experience was not good at all. There was a lack of staff and a lack of respect shown to some residents (the fact that they are unwell doesn't give them the right to treat other residents disrespectfully; they are there precisely because they are unwell). Frankly, we were quite dissatisfied. That's why we only stayed for three months, enough time to realize the poor management.

I would like to thank all the professionals who work at this residence. From the very first moment, you notice the tranquility, affection, and closeness with which they treat the residents and their families. My mother was only there for two months, but we realized we had made the right choice. Nothing is perfect, but I believe that making sure our elders are comfortable, well cared for, and have a dignified end is the best thing we can do for them.
