Please don't take your family members there!! They don't treat them well, the place is full of damp, the pipes are broken, the food is awful for the elderly, and they lie about the people's condition just to charge more money!!! I've attached photos so you can see the deplorable state it's in!!

Do not take your family members to this care home!!! My grandmother received terrible care at this facility. She spent the entire night vomiting on her own, and despite our insistence, the staff refused to call a doctor because “her vital signs were fine.” When we finally took her to the hospital, it turned out she had a serious infection and her blood sugar was through the roof. Her health was endangered by the negligence of those who should have been caring for her. If you want your loved ones to receive the care they deserve, look elsewhere.

Sadly, we're very unhappy with our mother's treatment. The last evening she was there, we warned them that she had no appetite and wasn't feeling very well. That night, she vomited three times, and no one attended to her despite her and her partner's calls for help. They didn't even let her access the emergency bell or cell phone. She herself notified my sister in the morning when they woke her up. My sister went there immediately, and they refused to call the doctor because the nurse said she was fine. We called an ambulance, and the health center referred her to the hospital. Unfortunately, she died the next day. Terrible care.

Terrible care for the elderly, where only business prevails: The worst management in the face of the pandemic. It is urgent that public authorities provide the necessary resources to protect the most vulnerable. I would NEVER take any loved one there!
