Opiniones

Terrible. I advise any family member with a disabled relative not to put them in this residence (and even if they are able-bodied, I wouldn't put them there either, because if they ever have a mental disability, they'll have the same problem). They let my grandfather die. All his children told them he had a cold and that he should see a doctor, but they completely ignored them. My grandfather was admitted 20 days after numerous warnings with pneumonia that was already incurable. If they had given him antibiotics or something, he could have been saved. Furthermore, as if this weren't bad enough, shortly before, we discovered that they weren't turning on the heating, and they had the nerve to admit that, well, a couple of hours before bedtime, they would open the door to let some warmth in. In short, if the person doesn't complain, then they don't let family members into the room, or they tell you that you can only go for an hour in the morning, and when the room is cold, they tell you it's because the heating isn't on yet. But in the end, as I said, they never turn it on for the disabled. It's shameful that, earning 2500 euros a month, they don't provide the bare minimum: a doctor or even warmth. Shameless.

Impeccable center: clean, bright, and with a lively atmosphere. The decor is carefully designed and conveys warmth. It's clear that the residents are well looked after and feel at ease.

I am very happy with the care I received at this nursing home. The staff is friendly, professional, and always attentive to the residents' well-being. The facilities are clean, well-maintained, and well-equipped. The atmosphere is calm and homely, which provides a sense of peace of mind. Without a doubt, this is a place you can trust. Thank you for the great work you do every day!

Today we say goodbye to our family member... but this year and a half she has been cared for and looked after in an incredible way. We arrived from another nursing home that felt more like a slaughterhouse than a nursing home, and at Albertia they achieved not only recovery, but a notable improvement in our family member's condition and quality of life. We especially thank the staff (we need more!! Sometimes they can't keep up!!! And her situation could be improved by taking care of her and respecting shifts and work hours. It's a shame that people with dedication and true vocation get away from them!! And we pay the fortune we are paid for that!!) Finally, I would like to sincerely thank the staff on the 2nd floor for their dedication♥️. The staff is making it one of the best nursing homes in Salamanca.

The residence is nice and clean, but the supervisor's attitude leaves much to be desired. If she treats the family members, who are the ones paying, with such arrogance, how must she treat the staff? Now I understand the high employee turnover.
