La Residencia El Buen Pastor recibe evaluaciones muy positivas de sus residentes y familias, destacando especialmente su atención profesional y amable, instalaciones modernas y bien mantenidas, y el excelente trato tanto a los mayores como a sus familias. La única sugerencia de mejora mencionada es fortalecer el servicio de fisioterapia, aunque en general se considera la mejor opción en su zona.
