Colisée Mozárbez recibe mayormente evaluaciones muy positivas de familiares satisfechos con la atención profesional, el trato amable y el compromiso del personal (especialmente mencionan a Manuel y Leticia) para con sus residentes. Sin embargo, existe una reseña muy negativa que denuncia negligencia grave, falta de atención médica, caídas frecuentes sin prevención y problemas de comunicación, lo que contrasta significativamente con las experiencias positivas reportadas por otros usuarios.

I have to express my gratitude for the kindness, respect, and professionalism with which my father was treated as a resident. And for the patience and availability that the family showed us from the very first moment, always willing to help and resolve any questions that always arise in these circumstances. Thank you to all the staff for trying to make him feel at home. Thank you to the nurse and doctor for being by his side until the very last moment. Thank you to Santiago, the director, for making what was very difficult for us easier. A special mention to Leticia. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your patience and kindness with which you treated us all, and for your determination to make him feel comfortable and part of the great family you are. We are quite satisfied. Our relative's only complaint is that at night they "ignore" her, and she needs a lot of care and attention due to all the illnesses she suffers from. Manuel, the director, is always very kind and tries to resolve any problems that arise.

The absolute worst. I absolutely do not recommend it. My father-in-law walked in alone to get his medication and came out 20 kg lighter, in a wheelchair, disoriented, and barely able to speak. I told them to take him for walks, but they ignored me. He's fallen more than a dozen times. I told them to do something about it, but they ignored me. Pure business. Today I called 8 times for 16 minutes and they don't even answer the phone. A scam. By the way, the other day their cameras and food broke, and they gave them to residents without any qualms. Furthermore, they charge us for a basic general practitioner service, and he hasn't shown up at the residence in over a week. Judge for yourselves. It's better to leave them at home than to trust these people. They showed me a beautiful courtyard, and my loved one only paid to be in bed for 6 months without food, constantly falling, and little else. The doctor thing is a lie; everything goes directly to the town's primary care physician, but they charge as if they had one at the residence. By the way, every time you want to enter or leave, you'd better be lucky because sometimes nobody shows up for 20 or 30 minutes.

My parents are in the residence and they are delighted with the care they receive, the patience shown to my father, who is constantly on the go, and the kindness of all the staff, who are absolutely lovely. I want to thank Manuel for his endless patience and Carmen for her excellent advice when my parents arrived at the center. Many thanks to all the staff for their kindness and dedication, and I hope they continue to do so.
