The advertising for this care home doesn't reflect the reality of what happens behind closed doors every day, but what's worse is that they also engage in shortcomings that paint a deplorable picture of their operation, in addition to the staffing issues that prevent them from providing adequate direct and indirect care to the elderly. I am writing to denounce the fact that during this Christmas period, specifically from December 31st, January 1st, 2026, and today, January 2nd, the reception desk hasn't answered the phone. I want to speak with a family member to wish them a Happy New Year since I can't visit in person, and communication is completely impossible. Ten calls in a row and they hang up... it doesn't matter if I call in the morning or afternoon. Is this normal during such a special time of year? I don't think so; it's a lack of humanity towards the elderly residents and their families.

My mother spent a little over four years in this care home and passed away there last year. I am incredibly grateful to all the staff. They are all excellent professionals. The organization and management are superb, and they treated both my mother and us with the utmost care. Thank you always.

Many thanks to all the staff at the Residence: reception, social worker, administration, management, kitchen, and especially the assistants, cleaning staff, and the housekeeper on the third floor for the warm treatment, attention, and care they have shown Elisa Giro Calvo.

The most remarkable thing about my experience during my 95-year-old father's hospitalization was the treatment of the staff, always attentive, caring, empathetic, and friendly. They always had a smile and were willing to try to accommodate the various special needs my father needed in his final days, which were so painful for his family. We are very grateful.

In my experience, supervisor Agustina's management was poor. She mistreated the staff and encouraged shouting and insults among colleagues, claiming it would make people "smarter." I received negative comments from this woman, such as, "Your colleagues hate you, and that's why they keep transferring you to different floors." She is not empathetic and doesn't know how to resolve conflicts. I had a very bad experience with this head nurse. An assistant from another group entered a resident's room where he was about to take a nap, and she started yelling at me. Things got out of control, and her response was, "I agree with all the treatment and yelling you received. That's how you smarten up. Besides, your colleagues hate you, and that's why they keep transferring you to different floors." This woman should be sent to a course on staff relations and empathy because she is neither empathetic nor pleasant. The company boasts so much about its commitment to residents that the food is practically terrible. The residents themselves constantly complain about it, and they don't hire five assistants per floor—it's all a facade of lies to cram in more residents every day. At best, there are only two or three assistants per floor to care for 55 elderly people. This constitutes labor exploitation and a decline in the quality of care for the residents. This is grounds for a complaint; I hope they are fined.
