La Residencia de ancianos Jesús Nazareno recibe críticas muy negativas sobre sus condiciones de confort y atención, con reportes de falta de calefacción en invierno, escasez de personal y negligencia en el cuidado que ha resultado en caídas de residentes, aunque también hay opiniones neutras que la describen como una residencia normal. Los problemas más graves señalados incluyen la falta de respuesta a las necesidades básicas de los ancianos y una gestión que prioriza los beneficios económicos sobre la calidad de vida de los residentes.

This nursing home is the worst. My mother was there for a year and a half, and we were desperate to get her out. In winter, they hardly ever turn on the heating, and all the elderly residents are wrapped in blankets because of the cold. My mother told us she was freezing, and we brought her warm clothes to try and make things a little easier. We asked the staff to turn up the temperature, but they told us that was the director's (David's) decision and that he wouldn't allow it to be raised any higher. There's a staff shortage, the elderly residents are left alone for long periods, and of course, they were falling down due to lack of care. If you're thinking of taking your family member to this nursing home, I absolutely do not recommend it. The director is a con artist who only sees money in each elderly person. Thank God my mother is in Haro now, and it's nothing like what she experienced at this Jesús Nazareno nursing home in Ezcaray.
