Emera Monte Rincón destaca por contar con un equipo de profesionales dedicados, cálidos y empáticos que brindan atención de calidad a los residentes y sus familias, como confirman la mayoría de las reseñas con valoraciones muy positivas. Sin embargo, existe una crítica importante respecto a la gestión directiva, donde se reporta falta de humanidad en la aplicación de normas y una actitud poco flexible hacia las familias, lo que contrasta negativamente con la excelencia del resto del personal.

My father currently lives in this residence after a negative experience elsewhere. I have nothing but words of gratitude for everyone; the warm and friendly treatment of both residents and their families is wonderful. Leaving our loved ones in the care of others is never easy, and we can always find things to improve, but if that has ever happened, they have been there to help us change it.

My parents have been living in this nursing home for two years. My father recently passed away, and we have nothing but words of gratitude for everyone who works at the nursing home. In the six years my mother has been a resident at Monte Rincon, we have nothing but words of gratitude for the entire staff. Especially for Carlos, for always being so attentive to her, making her laugh, showing her affection, and understanding her from the first day to the last, which wasn't always easy. As for our relationship with the center, we have very fond memories of Maria and Marimar (the social worker and nurse, respectively). Thank you for making my mother's final moments with the doctor easier.

It's a shame that such a good team, with such dedicated staff and care, is being undermined by its manager, Carlos. I feel a complete lack of humanity on his part. Not caring that my grandmother would be left without a visit, even after we arranged it and I arrived at the center, simply because I wasn't wearing a face mask, he refused to give me one, saying that the ones they have are for them and their employees. Good heavens! Even my hairdresser gives me a mask when I forget mine.
