La Fundación Hospital del Santo cuenta con instalaciones de calidad y un personal de enfermería profesional y cariñoso que genera confianza en los familiares de los residentes; sin embargo, existen problemas significativos de gestión y atención al público, particularmente relacionados con horarios de visita rigurosos y falta de empatía en la recepción, además de preocupaciones sobre el trato que reciben tanto los empleados como los residentes por parte de la dirección.

My bad rating isn't due to the residence itself, as it's a very nice place and the nurses are lovely. The problem is with the woman at reception. I came from Barcelona specifically to visit my aunt. Once there, they told me I had to call to visit her. I called at 11:15, and they told me I couldn't come in that morning because I had to call between 9 and 10, otherwise, nothing... In the end, they only let me in from 5:30 to 6:30, after all the travel. Furthermore, once inside, the woman wouldn't let me use the bathroom because she told me it wasn't allowed... In short, zero humanity on her part.
