Unfortunately, my experience at this care home has been very disappointing. I have observed and received information about practices that fall short of the standards of care and respect expected in a place dedicated to the well-being of the elderly. Residents are not receiving adequate care, and the treatment they receive sometimes lacks the dignity and compassion they deserve. Furthermore, there appears to be a lack of support and fair working conditions for staff, which negatively impacts the overall atmosphere. I urge management to urgently review their policies and practices to ensure a safe, respectful, and humane environment for everyone. I would not recommend this place until significant changes are implemented.

I'm very grateful for the care my mother received during the two years she was there. The staff was extremely kind and dedicated, and the management was in constant contact until the very last moments. Personally, it was a more than pleasant experience, both personally and professionally.

They are bad people, they have them scared, food is scarce, they lie to families.

Terrible treatment in terms of care (the same for everyone), zero specialized attention and no individualized treatment. They don't follow properly organized protocols, there's no record of toilet training or repositioning, individualized feeding, falls, etc. There's no cleaning staff, so the caregivers have to do all the cleaning in addition to assisting the residents (dusting, windows, laundry, etc.). Besides that, they have to clean up after the cats and dog that roam freely. The staff managing the residence treats the residents inadequately. It's far too expensive for what they do.

A very good residence. My mother-in-law was there until last week when she passed away, but she was very well cared for and fed with the menus communicated each week. They also sent videos of the exercises she did, and the owners were always very attentive and very kind people.
