My experience with this center has been wonderful. My grandmother was there for a couple of years, and the care she received was magnificent. During all that time, and during visits from both myself and my family, I didn't find anything unusual, and I never saw anything out of the ordinary (I never heard any reports or complaints that they tied people up, as some comments suggest 💁🏽♂️).

I was fortunate enough to visit La Palmera Residence in Beade, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the care I received. The setting is welcoming, very peaceful, and surrounded by nature—ideal for residents to feel at peace and at home. What I value most is the staff's warmth: they are attentive, compassionate, and professional at all times. They care for each resident as if they were part of their own family, and this is evident in the small details of daily life. The facilities are clean, well-maintained, and adapted to the needs of the elderly. In addition, they offer daily activities, physiotherapy, medical assistance, a hair salon, and much more, providing comprehensive and high-quality care. Without a doubt, I recommend La Palmera to anyone looking for a dignified and caring place for their loved ones. My experience has been excellent.

Hello, I've known this center for over six years, and I can only say that I'm very satisfied with the care the residents receive, both in terms of personal and psychological care, as well as the many activities offered to make them feel at ease. The center is beautiful, with all kinds of details that brighten the stay and provide the greatest possible comfort. I would like to thank the coordinator, Mabel, for her dedication to the residents and, of course, the director, Rebeca, who is always on hand to ensure everything in this center runs perfectly. Every time I've been, there have been new changes, all for the better, and above all, to ensure that each and every one of the residents feels at home. A 10/10, I can't say a single negative thing about the center – quite the opposite, in fact. We had to admit a family member, and from the very first moment, she felt right at home. The care, professionalism, and affection with which they treat the residents are second to none. You can visit them at any time, and there's complete transparency in everything they do. The staff are all lovely, and Rebeca, the director, has been incredibly helpful with paperwork and, of course, with our daily needs. 100% recommended, we're absolutely delighted!

My grandmother lives at this residence and I have absolutely no complaints. They are completely professional, they play with the residents, and they keep them very engaged, especially with psychomotor games, which is what they need most. They even brought her the Three Kings and a musical group for the holidays—I give them a perfect 10! My grandmother has been very happy since she moved there, and I highly recommend it.
