It's a magnificent residence, truly one of the best. They take excellent care of the residents, who are perfectly looked after. The facility is very well-equipped with several floors. In my opinion, it's one of the best residences of its kind. A 10 out of 10 for ALVI BEADE. They also have a superb physiotherapist. They keep you informed about everything; I have a friend in rehabilitation who is very happy there, and they also offer leisure activities. It's truly MAGNIFICENT. The rooms are beautiful and very well-appointed for the residents' comfort. Many thanks to ALVI BEADE. Manuel

My mother was in that residence very bad ... I complained twice she was wet if I didn't go that Sunday she would be wet all afternoon and two caretakers disrespected me I filed a complaint and no answer has come its been five months ... a watch a scarf a jacket and slippers disappeared and they don't appear and they tell me they have no record that I took it ... do not involve your parents please 🙏 and one day they called me that my mother had fallen and they gave me four different versions and when I arrived at the residence I almost had a heart attack when I saw how my mother was .. and the doctor from Alvaro Cunqueiro called and they gave her another version and my mother was on oxygen and doped that she could not even speak at 10:00 at night when she was supposed to be asleep at that time .. we spent 6 days in Alvaro and Mixueiro ... she had a urinary and chest infection and that I told them to give her antibiotics that she had a A very strong cough and yellow phlegm... and I kept asking them to spit on a scarf and they didn't pay any attention to me... what attracted my mother to that residence were her old friends and some of the caregivers... it's sad, we'll all reach that age...

I was visiting a neighbor and only saw the outside terrace. It is very spacious and has good views, but it should have another type of flooring. I think it is a bit neglected for older people to walk around there, especially because of the ramp that goes up to the top.

Horrible place. My father was a resident there, poorly cared for, and they have no vocation or empathy towards the elderly. I even ended up in court with them for charging for nonexistent outings and bills. A lawsuit that, by the way, I won. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

My grandmother had a terrible experience. I can't say exactly what happened there for 15 days, but it was awful. We went to the regional government (Xunta) to report everything. I encourage everyone to do the same or speak out about it publicly.
