    My family member is in this care home and I have nothing but praise for it. The experience in the care is evident, as is the well-established team of professionals. I also want to highlight the quality of the services. The improvements under the new management are noticeable. Keep up the good work!

    Excelente. Sencillamente Sobresaliente. Sugiero a los nuevos propietarios mantengan este equipo tan profesional y cariñoso. Hemos recibido un calor en el trato difícil de mejorar. Apuesto por evitar cambios en la gestión para no perjudicar tan alto nivel de prestación del servicio de Residencia Soremay . Muchas gracias por todo

    Very unhappy with this nursing home. Be careful!!! They trick you into signing and then back out of everything. The manager is a disgrace. She didn't pay the agreed monthly payment, nor did she return the 100 euros a month for the first six months she had promised. And worse, months have passed since I moved my relative out of there and she hasn't returned my deposit. I'm going to have no choice but to report her. I call her and she doesn't answer or she's busy, I go to the center and she's out or in a meeting... and so the days and months go by... I deeply regret having gone to that nursing home. It's very expensive, the service is poor, and then they deceive you and don't help you. If she has the honesty to tell me she doesn't want to return anything, I'll take action. I'm going directly to the consumer protection agency and to the social media.
