I want to thank the staff at the residence for the care my aunt received there. We had to admit her because she needed care due to her illness, and from the very first moment, they treated her with great kindness and professionalism. The few times I've had to ask any of the staff for anything related to my aunt's care, they've done everything possible to help. My gratitude goes to all the staff, from the caregivers and social workers to the physiotherapist, social workers, doctors, and the director. I especially want to thank Dr. Luci for all her love and dedication in my aunt's final moments. I wholeheartedly recommend the Amboage Residence, which also has impressive facilities.

Hello everyone. Now that some time has passed since my father's passing, I'm writing to you. My family and I will be eternally grateful for the kindness, dedication, and love you showed my father. Seeing him happy and content has given us peace and tranquility. For us, you will always be "Juapiñas e Juapiños." The facilities are amazing, but everything else leaves a lot to be desired... The assistants are very busy and don't spend enough time with each person. They don't encourage their autonomy and do everything for them because otherwise they say they're wasting time. The organization is poor or understaffed. You don't often see assistants walking with everyone, only with a few, or, for example, they don't see each other when they need to go to the bathroom or drink water in the morning. The way some assistants treat you is poor; it's not the first time I've seen some assistants speak poorly to other assistants or to the people there. You expect a more personal and caring attitude, but in many cases that's not the case. Finally, clothes are often lost or taken by someone else.
