La Residencia Nuestra Señora de Valvanera destaca por su atmósfera cálida y el trato afectuoso y dedicado del personal y las monjas, que proporcionan una atención personalizada comparable a la de un hogar familiar, aspecto altamente valorado por las familias de los residentes. Sin embargo, presenta limitaciones significativas, ya que se especializa principalmente en residentes con movilidad reducida y rechaza casos de demencia, además de mostrar una falta de transparencia en los procedimientos y una política de reembolsos inflexible que genera insatisfacción en algunos usuarios.

We wholeheartedly thank the nuns and all the staff at the Residence for the warm, caring, and attentive treatment they offer every day. From the moment you enter the center, you feel a warm and welcoming atmosphere, full of kindness, dedication, and respect. My father-in-law felt very comfortable and settled in quickly during his stay; and my mother-in-law, who has been there a short time, is also happy, cared for, and loved, as if she were in her own home. We deeply appreciate the patience, care, and dedication with which they carry out their work, as well as all the facilities and amenities they provide to both residents and their families. We feel very fortunate to have found a place where professionalism is combined with affection and human warmth. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything you do every day.

They're very good at providing hygiene and hydration care, but it's really only for people with limited mobility; my mother was turned away because she had dementia and walked a lot. It's overly medicalized, with no information given to family members, and if you leave before the end of the month, they don't refund your money. The director doesn't like it when you ask about the procedures and doesn't allow you to express dissatisfaction with them, such as changing residents' clothes twice a week during a heatwave.

My mother has been here since April 20th of this year, and she's happy with everything. She had previously spent five and a half years in a much larger nursing home in Alcobendas—a residence managed by a well-known company, but whose services left much to be desired. My mother is very well cared for, so I'm happy and at ease.

Congratulations on the care, affection, and dedication of both the nuns and the staff! Unlike other nuns, these women are behaving extraordinarily well and are worthy of praise.
