We're a big family, a close knit group. We give our all for our grandparents, because we're their second family, and they're ours. We're there 24/7 to give them lots of love and everything they need. My father spent almost seven months at this center (it was his first time). Due to circumstances, we had to transfer him to another facility. I have to say that he adapted very well, and from the very first minute, both he and I received excellent treatment from both the center and the staff. It's clear the staff knows what they're doing. I would like to thank Loreto (the social worker) and all the team members at this center for the work they did with my father during his stay.
