Our experience at El Retiro residence over the past two years has been exceptional. The dedication, professionalism, and warmth of the care team towards my mother have made a significant difference to her daily well-being, creating a safe and welcoming environment that I greatly appreciate. I highly recommend this center for the excellent comprehensive care it provides.

A terrible experience. We left my 92-year-old grandmother, who has Alzheimer's and is completely dependent on care, for 15 days. When we picked her up (in a deplorable state), she was covered in bedsores and wounds due to lack of hygiene, repositioning, and general care. She had to be hospitalized for almost a month and nearly died. We will be taking legal action against this center. I hope this review helps prevent at least one other person from going through the ordeal my grandmother and my family endured.

My mother lived in this residence until she passed away. They are wonderful people. Their attention, their care, their affection made my mother feel like a princess. Never change. You are great professionals and it's also a very family-oriented residence. I don't have enough time to thank you for the way you treated my mother. SHE LOVED YOU ALL SO MUCH. THANK YOU 🫂🫂🫂😘😘😘😘

Terrible experience! A family member stayed there for 20 days and came back dehydrated with ulcers on their heels, head, and sacrum. We went to the hospital, and they were hospitalized for a month. They didn't receive repositioning or adequate hydration. A retreat of horrors.
