Opiniones

From mediocre to terrible. My mother has smelled like urine all summer; I've complained, but no one cares. I have to cut her nails myself in the street, and they're always dirty. And don't even get me started on her mouth. Her clothes are ruined, even her shoes have bleach stains. They dress her in clothes that aren't hers. Industrial washing machines? They practically eat the buttons! Tomorrow I'm taking her to a special event, and I had to go so she'd look as presentable as possible. Oh, and her slippers have disappeared.

My experience with my mother was terrible, a complete organizational disaster. I was always taking her out, either with a dirty diaper or dirty clothes, and I had to cut her nails myself in the street. Not to mention the way some of the caregivers treated her and us. It was only a few months because she passed away, but I wouldn't recommend it. Some days when we went to take her out, you could find caregivers without masks smoking at the door. That gave a terrible impression...

I want to write down for whoever might read this that my family and I are very grateful to Esther, her family, and the staff at the nursing home for the care and affection they showed my father and us during his time there. We will never forget it. Thank you so much.

Absolutely terrible. The worst decision I've ever made. My father was admitted on January 8th and on April 8th he left, dying, headed to the hospital's emergency room where, after three days of fighting for his life, he passed away. He choked and they didn't know how to manage it, nor did they react in time. The management was awful, and the visiting area was just a cold, miserable garage. And I won't even mention calling to check on my father. I had to call 18 times before they answered the phone, and then only an assistant answered because the director had always just left or hadn't even been there. It was shameful. And you might wonder why I didn't take him out of there. Well, because I didn't have time. In fact, if my father had been discharged from the hospital, I wouldn't have gone to that nursing home. I already had another one lined up. At that one, they actually offered their condolences when my father died, unlike at Julia's, where the director didn't even bother to call me.

Delighted with the decision made... without a doubt, I couldn't have done better... Exquisite and caring treatment of the grandparents, where affection, individualized attention, and respect prevail at all times. Very concerned about the current situation we are going through, they have prioritized the well-being of the residents at all times without compromising the quality of care. Special thanks to the team of professionals who give their all every day to ensure the residence continues its usual routines, despite the current situation we are going through. Particularly noteworthy is the commitment of its Owner-Director, Laura, and her personal dedication to each of the grandparents, prioritizing their well-being and health above all else. A great success.
