The Doña Juana Residence is a wonderful place. The facilities are spacious, bright, and always spotless. It's clear that every detail is taken care of to make residents feel comfortable and at home. My father was only hospitalized for 15 days because he wasn't cared for properly and had to be admitted as an emergency patient. Although the problem originated with the care home, we requested that they not charge him for the rest of the month, but they refused. For them, the residents are just a source of income; they have no empathy for the person and don't bother to learn about their problems.

Bad experience. Doña Juana Residence is not recommended at all. I'm not mistaken; unfortunately, a relative was there. The current management has NOT been caring for the elderly for 23 years and leaves much to be desired.
