My mother has been in the residence for a year. I was delighted with the kindness and professionalism of the staff. My mother was happy there, and so was I. I highly recommend it; it's like a small family. The food is delicious, varied, and healthy. The cleanliness is impeccable. The facilities are large and spacious. There are many activities and therapies available morning and afternoon. I am 100% grateful for the care my mother and I received.

From the apartment above, the residents can be heard shouting all night long on many nights. We've had to call the center countless times to get them to come and help. They have no respect for the neighbors they share the building with. The residents continue shouting and banging on the windows. They may be disoriented, but even so, they're not being helped.

Muy decepcionada con esta residencia. Recientemente murió mi tío (fue trasladado de la residencia al hospital). Ni se interesaron por él ni siquiera nos dieron el pésame, pero el mismo día de su muerte cobraban por adelantado el recibo del mes. Deshumanización pura y dura. No entiendo que con lo que se paga en estas residencias falten profesionales y buena formación entre otras cosas. No noté que mi tío fuera estimulado hacia conductas saludables. Yo me le encontraba aparcado en el pasillo cuando iba de visita. Además abusan en algunos casos de los psicofármacos para tener a las personas "tranquilas" (¿como muebles?) Creo que lo que supone el último "hogar" para nuestros Mayores debiera tener otras calidades.

I have nothing but praise for all the staff at this residence. From the director, the medical and nursing staff, the psychologist, and the support staff. My parents are here, and I know they are in good hands. They show so much care not only to the residents but also to the families. I am very grateful.
