I can't begin any other way than by saying thank you. Thank you to Leticia and her entire team. Thank you to the medical and nursing team, with Sonia and Miguel Mellado looking after everyone, to Marta for her warmth and sensitivity in such a valuable role as psychology, to the therapists, and to each and every one of the caregivers. Thank you for your kindness, your professionalism, and above all, the love with which you care for the residents and support their families. People like you make all the difference. During this time, we've gotten to know the other residents who contribute so much love and create such a close-knit community. When a residence becomes a home, it means there is warmth, companionship, care, and community. Again, THANK YOU to the entire Reina Isabel family. P.S. It goes without saying that the cleanliness is exceptional, and the food is too. And in case anyone is wondering when they can visit their loved one: whenever they want.

I remember the first time I entered the Reina Isabel Residence; fear and anxiety overwhelmed me. Choosing this residence was the best decision for my father. The Reina Isabel Residence is like a family. Leticia always helped with love, both the residents (my father) and the family. Her team of staff members: kind, caring, and always giving their best to the residents. The medical team was always attentive to the health of the residents. When you leave a loved one in a care home, anguish fills you, but when you truly see the love with which they are treated, the peace you feel is immense, and you find this at the Isabel Residence. I will carry you in my heart. You will always be part of my family. Thank you.

They say that institutions are made by people. Your humanity, commitment, affection, and professionalism are what make this nursing home a home. We have felt that way about our mother over the past four years, during which you have cared for her. But especially during these last few difficult weeks, when you have accompanied and assisted us not only in her necessary physical care, but also in the emotional care of her and all of us. These words are intended only as a sincere thank you, but above all, as a letter of recognition for the work, kindness, and humanity of all of you, which goes beyond the purely professional. In these difficult times, it comforts us to know that our mother was cared for with such care, and surrounded by love and respect until the very last minute. THANK YOU

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Leticia and the other staff at the Residence for everything they've done for my father during his recovery. Age takes its toll, and when elderly people suffer a fall with complicated injuries, a desperate search begins to find a place where the patient can receive the necessary care that can't be provided at home in the short to medium term. After frantically calling and searching for a residence, Leticia offered us the opportunity to welcome him in less than 24 hours. The care, the warmth, the professionalism of the staff, the quality of the food, the organization, the location, and the facilities of the residence have been and continue to be exemplary. The sum of all these factors has led to a record-breaking recovery. I have nothing but words of gratitude for Leticia and her wonderful team, who have made the Reina Isabel Residence feel like a second home to my father.

My mother has been there for a couple of months and is very happy. She's lost weight, she came in with two crutches and now she only uses one for support, and she's much better emotionally. All the staff treat her with great care, and they've also helped me a lot by taking the pressure off her.
