I cared for my father from December to June, after a car accident. In June, we discovered pressure ulcers where the bone was visible in his heels and hips because we didn't change his position. He has been hospitalized at Río Carrión Hospital for three weeks now with the beginnings of gangrene in his heels. As for the management, they have a despotic, dishonest, domineering, and rude attitude. I have reported all of this to the court and the relevant authorities, with extensive documentation including photos. It's a disgrace.

The rooms don't have showers, and the shared showers don't have screens for privacy. When I go to see my grandmother, there's never anyone at the reception desk; and to find the staff, you have to walk halfway through the residence.

They don't take care of the elderly. They let their sores get infected. They end up in the hospital in critical condition.
