A clean, welcoming, and family-friendly residence with an excellent team of professionals always ready to help and very attentive to residents and their families. Delicious, homemade food. Very peaceful and happy. I highly recommend it.

I remember at first, I had my doubts, like everyone else, but on my cousin's recommendation, we admitted my father. Now, I just want to congratulate all the staff at this nursing home for their professionalism, their care, their kindness, and the food. The place is spacious and very clean. It's a wonderful senior living residence. They treat the residents with great care and professionalism. The facilities are very complete and welcoming. A very welcoming residence with beautiful views, where our elderly residents feel right at home. The staff are highly professional and dedicated to meeting the residents' needs. The food is homemade. It's located next to green areas where we can take walks with our families. Both the staff and residents feel like one big family. We are delighted.

Don't take your elderly relatives to this nursing home. They literally try to kill them if they cause too much trouble. I can vouch for that, and I have witnesses. There are no activities or occupational therapy, contrary to what they claim. We should have reported them, but we didn't because we were in a hurry to call 112 (the Spanish emergency number) to have her taken away immediately. Horrible. I don't care if you remove my review; I've already told Palencia not to take their elderly relatives there. I'm going to edit my post because the owner replied saying I've never been there. My grandmother was a resident there in 2006/2007. You can check your records. Esther Lobete Gutiérrez. The owner was a redhead; I don't remember her name. I posted a review years ago, but they deleted it. And it's not false; I have witnesses who can prove they tried to kill her because her mouth was full of crushed pills, and she was dying. I saw her recovering at the hospital. If you want, call my whole family so they can verify it. Back then there weren't smartphones to record things, but if you hadn't, you'd all be in serious trouble. I don't know who runs the residence now, the director who was there that day. I'm talking about many years ago, and I'm not lying!
