I need one last medical report, which is the most important document to complete the entire process. This report is the final report the doctor prepares when someone dies. My lawyer has already requested it in writing. Please, if you care about people, do your job properly instead of making families wait and causing them distress. Two months ago I left a bad review for this center. My brother had been a patient here for three and a half years, and during that time, his family and I constantly complained about the poor care he received. The center offered many kind words but little action. On Christmas Day, my brother suddenly passed away. In the unit where my brother was hospitalized, three other patients have died in the last few months of the year, all between 35 and 49 years old. The treatment of patients and their families was appalling.

Now they're no longer called Hospitaller Sisters, they've created a foundation. In this center there are courtyards full of cigarette butts, and they don't have any, they rummage through them and fill their bags with them to smoke. In this center, those who are admitted have a very difficult time leaving, unless they have family members who are looking after them, and that's why they think of a foundation, what reason? I think it's to have authority over the patients, and control them for life, that's what I think.

Very dissatisfied. My mother's hearing aid was lost, and we still haven't received a replacement. There's a shortage of qualified staff. And in general, there's a lack of staff. Two caregivers in the afternoon for almost 40 residents, most of whom are dependent, is shameful.

Poor quality food; the nuns have their meals prepared separately. Cockroaches litter the premises, there's a lack of staff, and the workers are sometimes unprofessional, barely providing any therapy. They allow some users to drink coffee remains from cups in the bins and pick up cigarette butts from the floor.
