Terrible treatment. The elderly are completely innocent. My grandmother's pants were ripped and her jacket damaged. We went to complain and they completely ignored us. Think very carefully before taking your elderly relatives there; the management is awful. And the staff haven't been paid.

Lack of transparency and clarity from the Asalia group. The organization and management under the new leadership is disastrous. Prices are exorbitant for the services they offer, especially compared to a residence just 10 km from town. They don't have a physiotherapist. The staff are very friendly and provide good service, but they are emotionally drained because they aren't paid their fair wages. There's no motivation, no growth opportunities, little recognition, a negative atmosphere, and zero opportunities for advancement! We chose to place my aunt in Cisneros, and we made the right decision. It's a shame because the Villada residence was once a model for the entire region! I wouldn't recommend it at all.

I've had very good reviews about this residence. The place looks clean, well-maintained, and has a very pleasant atmosphere. The staff has always been very friendly and attentive every time I've had contact with them. It certainly seems like an excellent choice for living.

My grandmother stayed in that residence and received excellent treatment.

Since August 2025, the management and direction of the center have changed. The residence is now managed by Gerosalud Mediterránea and run by a team comprised of a director, doctor, nurse, social worker, and direct care staff. This team's work is guided by the values of empathy and communication, resulting in a warm and personal, yet professional, approach to residents and constant communication with residents, their families, and the center's staff.
